Vice Chair

Sandra Hanmer has devoted her professional career to providing senior leadership in health and social service organizations locally, provincially, nationally, and internationally.
Her focus has been on enabling accessible, effective, integrated services that make a real difference in people's lives. Recognized as a visionary leader, collaborator, and strategic thinker, Sandra is an accomplished community builder. She currently is an Executive-In-Residence with Capacity Canada and a councillor for the City of Waterloo, serving her second term.
