Vice President, Patient Care and Queen's Blvd. Lead

A registered nurse by background, holding a bachelor of science in nursing and a master of education, Brandon Douglas has been in healthcare leadership for 15 years.
As vice president, patient care and Queen’s Blvd. lead at Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN), Brandon is accountable for emergency services, medicine, critical care, the regional cardiac program, alternate level of care (ALC), and home care. Previously, Brandon served as vice president, clinical services at St. Mary’s General Hospital, beginning in spring 2023. He has also held leadership roles across various healthcare settings including acute care hospitals, specialized mental health facilities, community care, emergency medical services, and post-secondary nursing education programs. Brandon lives with his husband Will in Burlington and has three wonderful kids, ages 15, 12, and seven.
